Unfortunately for the citizens of Peoria, Gary Sandberg is dead.
Love him or hate him, I always felt he tried to do what was best for the citizens of this city. If there was a no vote around the horseshoe, you always knew who it was.
Things are going to be a lot easier for the council now. And that's not a good thing.
There is so much crap going on in Peoria right now... we really could use another blogger's perspective.
