Why defend an employee that can be proven guilty via a thorough internal investigation? Why not make amends, and decree to make internal improvements, thereby subjugating losses?
actual change is hard. status quo is much easier. then let the legal system figure it out. then after a while, everyone forgets. I can only imagine what we don't know.
